All employees are expected to understand, promote, assist, and implement the safety policy and the accompanying principles.
ALULANKA is committed to health and safety excellence across its business. Everyone employed at ALULANKA is responsible for ensuring safety at the forefront of their minds in everything they do. Arrangements for using, handling, storing, and transporting articles and substances for installation or use at work are made to be safe and free of risk. ALULANKA recognizes that each employee is an asset and that risks to their health and safety are identified, evaluated, and eliminated wherever possible, if not minimized and controlled for the benefit of both the employee and the company. ALULANKA also recognizes its duty to comply with the country’s specific legislation and statutory duties towards the safety of visitors, contractors, and others.
All employees are expected to understand, promote, assist, and implement the safety policy and the accompanying principles. Violations of the Health and Safety Policy and Management System are treated extremely seriously, and appropriate disciplinary action is taken with immediate effect. Responsibility for matters of health and safety lies with the Managing Director and other Senior Managers of ALULANKA.
They are tasked with developing a culture that is supportive of good health and safety standards, the maintenance of safe working procedures, and the continuous improvement of employee awareness of health and safety issues. They are also responsible for demonstrating safety leadership and encouraging all employees to be actively engaged in safety improvement initiatives.
The company does not compromise environmental, health, or safety values for profit or production. The effectiveness of the Health and Safety Policy and Management System is reviewed on an annual basis.
