The aluminium extrusions we use are typically 6100mm long. Then you can finish your window or door reviles to reduce the cutting wastage of the extrusion. We recommend the sizes for reviles as around 3000mm*3000mm. From this we hope you can get an idea how to reduce the wastage and cost.

You can go with Casement, Sliding or Folding.
When you use a casement door/ window its openable area is 100%

When you use a sliding panel, always its openable area is 50% (Double track) or 66% (Triple track/ Tetra track).

When it’s a folding door, always its openable are is more than 95%.

Sash preparation
If you are willing to apply a sliding panel you should focus on the height and the width of the revile. Because if the height is lager than the width there are limitations of the sizes of sashes. If the sash is very high with respect to its width, then it tends to stuck while moving.

Water leakages There is no any chance for a water leakage with proper rubber seals and silican applying. We suggest to apply at least one inch elevated inside bottom than the outside bottom at the sill of the revile when the masonry works are being proceeded. For further information please contact us.

Awning windows
The maximum size we recommand is around 3ft*2ft. Because when it is too large especialy the depth, the moment which acts on the hinge cannot be beared by the top hung bar hinge.

Before take the fabrication measurements, the revile should be properly plastered with right equal aligns and floor area shold be tile finished.

If you can ready and relase all reviles together or floor wise, then the fabrication time can be arranged effevtively.
